1.
Dyeing without creases, abrasions or imperfections
Minimum distance between the containment chamber and rectangular nozzle designed to facilitate the opening of fabric thus avoiding torsion with consequent elimination of creases.
The plaiter folder guarantees the correct placement of fabric inside the containment chamber, avoiding knots , improving loading capacity and advancement.
Idle reel enables fabric to advance without traction , eliminating the problems of abrasion and polishing. Control of actual speed of fabric and possible intervention of the fabric unwinder.
2.
Easy maintenance
Spraying nozzles suitably fitted inside the machine ensure uniform dyeing of fabric and the perfect cleanliness of inner parts. Fabric is conveyed by means of an externally fitted ventilator for easier maintenance.
3.
Energy saving and low liquor ratio
Reduced heat consumption due to low water content.
4.
Industry 4.0
Specific devices for monitoring consumptions during the dyeing cycle, remote assistance and other technical/ scientific characteristics means that the Air Jet 2000 satisfies industry 4.0 requirements.
